Covering Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ was never going to be easy. But, if there was one band fit to pull it off, it’s Panic! At The Disco.

Panic! released their epic cover of the legendary rock track back in 2016 for the Suicide Squad soundtrack and has since become a staple of the band’s live show and is totally adored by fans.

Now, Queen’s guitarist Brian May has given the cover his very own stamp of approval. Taking to Instagram, May posted a video of Panic!’s live performance of the track in Sydney this year, which was aired as part of the American Music Awards.

“Nice job, guys ! Big Big thanks ! Panic at the Disco performing live and dangerous at the American Music Awards. #panicatthedisco Bri” said May in the caption.

Panic! have achieved a multitude of milestones in 2018, releasing the outstanding Pray For The Wicked, embarking on a massive world tour, and sales smashing records left right and centre – getting a shout-out from one of the greatest band’s of all time is a pretty massive achievement to add to the list.
