There’s no doubting the fact that Halsey is already a major Panic! At The Disco fan, so you can imagine the level of excitement she felt by jumping onstage with the band in Mexico City yesterday.

Cast your mind back to April of 2016 for a second. Halsey’s debut album was less than a year old, and she had managed to score a spot on the stunning Coachella lineup alongside some pretty amazing musicians.

Near the end of her set, Halsey was joined by none other than Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie, who joined in for a performance of ‘New Americana’.

Suddenly turning this gig up another ten notches, Brendon stuck around for a cover of ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies’, and we can only assume Halsey’s inner emo was unable to comprehend the amazing gig she was a part of. Now, more than two years later, Halsey has returned the favour.

As Alt Press notes, Panic! At The Disco happened to perform at Mexico City’s Corona Capital Festival yesterday where they were joined by a special guest.

After posting some videos from side of stage, singing along to their tunes, Halsey jumped on stage for a guest spot on ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies’, chiming in just at the right time.

Needless to say, we’re pretty eager to hear a studio version of this at some point. Who knows, maybe the next time Halsey or Panic! find themselves in the studio, they can call up their new bestie to create some serious musical magic.
