Musicians have been rallying together in wake of the archaic anti-abortion laws that were recently passed in Alabama, Missouri, Georgia, and Ohio.

If you weren’t already aware, earlier this week 25 white male senators voted to outlaw abortion in virtually all circumstances. The only exception is if a woman’s life is in danger.

Billie Eilish has opened up about barbaric laws in a new interview with Variety. “Honestly, I can’t even look at my phone,” she said. “I have no words for the bitches in the fucking White House.”

“It’s so unbelievable. It makes me, like, red. It makes my ears fucking steam out of my head. Women should say, should do, and feel and be exactly what they want. There should be nobody else telling them how to live their life, how to do shit.”

Eilish revealed that she has difficulty articulating how she feels about the new laws without getting angry. Me fucking too.  “It just makes me so mad that if I start talking about it, I won’t stop,” she said. Men should not make women’s choices—that’s all I have to say.”

In related news, Halsey has launched a special edition ‘Nightmare’ shirt. 100% proceeds of the shirt will be donated to The Yellowhammer Fund — A service that provides funding for anyone seeking care at one of Alabama’s three abortion clinics.

Halsey took to Twitter earlier this week to slam the laws. “Watching the demise of our reproductive rights sends a sickening rage through my core,” she wrote. “Autonomy is the basis of our humanity. The ability to feel and the right to choose.”

“Assigning felonies to people who seek abortion is a means to assure that those with that autonomy are stripped of their right to vote. And therefore perpetuates the cycle.”
