In light of everything that’s going on in the world, Australian pop sensations 5SOS, or 5 Seconds Of Summer, have revealed a merch collaboration directly benefitting the Black Trans Lives.

Taking to Instagram, 5SOS revealed the collaboration that is going through their Friends Of Friends foundation: “We started Friends Of Friends over a year ago as a vehicle to create community on a local and global level, raising awareness and money for a variety of causes while celebrating the people & projects who inspire us.”

Continuing on, they revealed: “Today we are proud to partner with our friend @sanyutattoo on a new merch range, in which 100% of profits will benefit @mpjinstitute.”

Noting that they “stand with the Black transgender community in their fight for equality, recognition, and justice,” the new collaboration has kicked off today, with both hoodies, long sleeved, and short sleeved shirts, with all the profits donated to the Marsha P. Johnson Institute, who “protect the human rights of Black transgender people.”

Keen to support the good cause they’re fronting? The merch is now live via their Friends Of Friends shop.

“We are proud to stand alongside you while making a difference in our world –– thank you for your support.”
